How to Apply for a Loan
The process takes four simple steps, from consultation to receiving your funds. All guidance is provided in your native language.

Step 1. Document Preparation & Loan Application
Prepare the necessary documents, such as your Foreigner Registration Card, standard employment contract, and passport. Install the thePAY app to conveniently apply for a loan.

Step 2. Consultation
After submitting your loan application, please choose your preferred way to communicate 1:1 consultation, phone, or email and let us know when you’re available. A dedicated manager will contact you in your native language to confirm the required information.

Step 3. Application Review
We review your documents to determine your eligibility, loan amount, and interest rate. We’ll let you know the result as soon as possible.

Step 4. Agreement & Disbursement
Once you review the terms and sign the agreement, the loan will be deposited into your bank account.

- Alien Registration Card (front and back)
- Proof of Employment (Certificate of Employment or Standard Employment Contract)
- Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
- Proof of Income (pay slips or bank transaction statements)
