Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of QQ Trade (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the users regarding the use of loan information and consultation services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided on the K-PLUS website (www.kplusloan.com; hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). Article 2 (Definitions) 1. "Site" refers to the website operated by the Company to provide loan-related information and multilingual consultation services. 2. "User" refers to any individual who accesses the Site and uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. 3. "Consultation" refers to the process where a User makes inquiries about loan products via phone, 1:1 chat, email, or other communication channels, and the Company provides guidance in response. Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms) 1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the Site so that Users can easily access them. 2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations. In the event of an amendment, the Company shall announce the effective date and reasons for the change on the Site at least 7 days prior to implementation. For changes that are unfavorable to Users, notice shall be given at least 30 days in advance. Article 4 (Scope and Nature of Services) 1. The Services provided by the Company include: ① Provision of information regarding loan products ② Multilingual loan consultations (Korean plus 13 other languages) ③ Guidance on loan application procedures and required documents ④ Other supplementary services determined by the Company 2. The Company is not a financial institution that directly executes loans. Actual loan review, approval, disbursement, and terms (such as loan limits, interest rates, and loan terms) are subject to the evaluation criteria and decisions of the respective financial institutions or moneylenders. 3. The Company does not charge Users any brokerage fees or commissions for consultations or guidance. Article 5 (Interruption of Service) 1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of Services in the event of system maintenance, replacement, breakdown, or communication failures. 2. The Company may restrict or suspend Services if it is unable to provide them due to natural disasters or force majeure events. Article 6 (Obligations of the User) ① Providing false information during consultation ② Misappropriating or using another person's personal information ③ Interfering with or compromising the stability and operation of the Site ④ Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties ⑤ Any other acts that violate applicable laws and regulations Article 7 (Obligations of the Company) 1. The Company shall make every effort to provide continuous and stable Services in accordance with relevant laws and these Terms. 2. The Company maintains security systems to protect Users' personal information and publishes and complies with its Privacy Policy. 3. The Company complies with relevant regulations, including the Loan Business Act, and does not promote products that exceed the statutory maximum interest rate. Article 8 (Nature of Consultation and Guidance) 1. Loan terms (such as limits and interest rates) displayed on the Site are illustrative examples only. Actual terms may vary depending on individual credit evaluation results. 2. Consultation and guidance provided by the Company do not constitute an offer or acceptance of a loan contract. The loan contract is executed separately between the User and the respective financial institution. 3. Users must review the product description and contractual terms before entering into any loan agreement. Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights) All copyrights and intellectual property rights for content published on the Site (text, images, videos, etc.) belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use such content without prior written consent from the Company. Article 10 (Disclaimer of Liability) 1. The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or reasons attributable to the User. 2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from errors in the information provided by the User. 3. The Company shall not be responsible for the credit assessment results (such as loan rejections) made by financial institutions. Article 11 (Dispute Resolution) 1. The Company strives to address and handle reasonable opinions or complaints submitted by Users. 2. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the Services, the Company and the User shall attempt to resolve it through mutual negotiation. If a settlement cannot be reached, either party may apply for mediation to a competent dispute resolution body under relevant laws. Article 12 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law) 1. Any legal action arising from or related to the use of the Services between the Company and the User shall be brought before the competent court specified under the Civil Procedure Act of South Korea. 2. These Terms and the use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Addendum These Terms shall take effect on August 1, 2026.
